Overview

Building History

On 12/13/1959, the Seattle Sunday Times indicated that Robert Odell, designer, and C.B. Barney Phillips, building contractor, completed the first of 26 residences in the Welcome Addition housing tract, then located between Kirkland and Redmond, WA.
