Building History
The English-born architect Henry H. Hodgson (1897-1938) designed this English country house for the civil engineer Alexander Hamilton Robertson (and his wife Nanette Randall Robertson (1892-1939) in 1928. The Robertsons lived in this house for a short time, only until 1931, or so. By 1932, they had moved to 408 17th Avenue North and, a year later, to Apartment #1 at 1302 Seneca Street.
