Building History

The United Warehouse Company owned the Occidental Warehouse, at Railroad Avenue and Lenora Street, in 1907. In that same year, United Warehouse also owned the Oriental Warehouse (Railroad Avenue and Lenora Street), Oriental Dock (Railroad Avenue and Virginia Street), Readman Warehouse (801-803-805-807-809 1st Avenue South), and Washington Cold Storage Warehouse (Railroad Avenue and Virginia Street).
