By 1907, the United Warehouse Company owned the Oriental Warehouse at Railroad Avenue and Lenora Street. In that year, United Warehouse also owned the Readman Warehouse (at 801-803-805-807-809 1st Avenue South), Oriental Dock (Railroad Avenue and Virginia Street), Washington Cold Storage Warehouse, (Railroad Avenue and Virginia Street), and the Occidental Warehouse (Railroad Avenue and Lenora Street).
