Building History
Pacific Coast Paper Mills completed this waterfront factory in 1955. The Puget Sound Pulp and Timber Company, operating on an adjacent waterfront site, bought the Pacific Coast mill in 1958.Georgia-Pacific Corporation, in turn, bought Puget Sound Pulp and Timber on 07/02/1963.
Lamont and Fey designed the initial Pacific Coast Paper Mills plant.
