A notice appeared in the American Contractor that architect William Doty Van Siclen was designing a warehouse in Tulsa, OK, by late 1917. It is unclear if it was realized. The notice read: "Warehouse: $40,000, 2 sty. Archt. W.D. Van Siclen, 319 S. Detroit st. Owner withheld. Re. conc. Preliminary plans." (See "Geographical Section: Oklahoma," American Contractor, 12/01/1917, p. 65.)
