Building History

Portland architect J.S. Atkins designed this wood-frame apartment building for Miss A.R. Rundle in mid-1913. A note in the Pacific Builder and Engineer stated: "J.S. Atkins, archt., Henry bldg., has been working on plans for a 2-sto fr. apt. bldg on Parker and Front sts., for Miss A.R. Rundle, 410 1/2 Morrison st. The est. cost is $16,000."
