Building History

The Fred Sander, Incorporated, real estate company financed the construction of this one-story residence at 2108 East John Street. The Seattle Daily Times documented building permits granted in 06/1900: "The Fred E. Sanders [sic] Inc. is building a one-story frame residence, 24x44 in dimensions, at 2108 East John Street, which is estimated to cost $914."
