Building History

The Seattle Daily Times reported on 06/23/1900: "Architect E.W. Houghton has drawn plans for a beautiful residence for L.C. Wheeler. It is to be a two-story frame, 28x48 in dimensions, and will be erected at 1633 Thirteenth Avenue. It is estimaed to cost $3500." (See "New Buildings," Seattle Daily Times, 06/23/1900, p. 17.)
