Building History
Seattle Modernist Roland C. Terry (1917-2006) designed this residence for the dentist Lowell Arthur Olson, his wife Carol Louise Peterson and their three children. Olson, who came to Seattle in 1953 with his family from Superior, WI, first commissioned a dental clinic by the important Modern architect Paul Hayden Kirk in 1954.
