Building History
Seattle architect George Bolotin (1914-1980) designed this West Seattle apartment building for C.H. Wright. The Seattle Times mentioned its construction in an article of 03/31/1957: "Bolotin also has plans for a nine-unit apartment for C.H. Wright, to be built at 3250 California Av. It will cost $50,000, and will be two stories with full basement." (See "Money Flows to Apartment Contracts," Seattle Times, 03/31/1957, p, 25.)
