Gina Pedersen served as the manager of the Gralores Apartments in 1932. (See Seattle, Washington, City Directory, 1932, p. 573.)

Demolition

The Gralores Apartments were located very close to the construction of US Interstate 5 through the Cascade neighborhood. It is possible that it was demolished at about this time.
