Building History

Riordan High School has been affiliated with the Marianist Order since its opening in the Fall of 1949. The San Francisco architectural firm, Ryan and Lee, which worked closely with the Archdiocese of San Francisco on various projects, designed Riordan High School.

The name was changed from "Riordan High School" to "Archbishop Riordan High School" in 1990.
