Building History

This two-story office building was built c. 1960 and originally housed the US Social Security Administration's District Office on the first floor and a data-processing firm, Tablulating Services, Incorporated, on the second floor. Waldron and Pomeroy, Architects / AIA designed the Modern building.

In 1989, Providence Homecare and Hospice of Seattle leased Suite #100 at 230 Fairview Avenue North.

Alteration

The exterior of the building was altered likely during the 1980s or 1990s.

Demolition

This office building at 230 Fairview Avenue North was demolished in either late 2014 or early 2015.
