Building Notes

A notice in the Salem Capital Journal in 11/1962 read: “The Department of Employment Commissioner of the State of Oregon will receive bids until 4:00 p.m., November 30, 1962 at room 402, Labor and Industries Building, Salem, Oregon for construction of a 10,000 square foot office building in Salem, Oregon. Plans with James J. Gathercoal, Architect, 129 North Fourth Street, Corvallis, Oregon. $25.00 deposit. Department of Employment Commissioner, David H.
