Building History

Designed by Acme Architecture of Santa Barbara, CA, the Mayfair Live / Work Townhouses consisted eighteen, three-story, two-bedroom townhouses sited on a small 0.4-acre site. An urban infill project, the first floors of the townhouses could be used for residential or commercial purposes. The Alan Mattey Group of Ventura, CA, developed the project.

California Energy Designs served as the HVAC and plumbing engineer.
