Overview
The second building of Seattle Fire Station #2 operated between 1906 and 1921 on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Pine Street.
Alteration
The Seattle Fire Department added a fifth engine bay to the Fire Station #2 in 1916.
Demolition
The building was torn down c. 1921 to make way for the Bon Marche Department Store (later Macy's Department Store), completed in the late 1920s. A new Fire Station #2 was completed at 4th Avenue and Battery Street in 1921.
