Building History

The Anaheim Hotel Company's Hotel completed in 1888 had three floors, sixty rooms, and cost about $30,000. Architect J.C. Pelton, Jr., (1856-1952) designed the hotel, one of six that he designed in 1888 throughout Southern California.
