Overview

The DeCurtin Building stood at the junction of Ballard Avenue and 2nd Avenue West in 1904, when Ballard was still its own city. (See Polk's Seattle Directory Company, Seattle, Washington, City Directory, 1904, Ballard City Directory, p. 1197.) It became annexed into Seattle on 05/29/1907.

Buiding Notes
