Building History

Los Angeles architect Leland A. Bryant, (1890-1954), designed the Country Club Manor Apartments, completed in 1926. Bryant utilized the French Chateauesque Style for this project, a mode he favored in his designs for the Voltaire Apartments, (1928), La Fontaine Apartments, (1928), and Trianon Apartments, (1929-1930), all in the Los Angeles area.

Building Notes

In 2020, the Country Club Manor Apartments contained 45 apartments on six floors. The building featured a selection of one, two and three-bedroom models. varying from 600 to 1,700 square feet in size. The building had a large lobby supervised by a 24-hour-a-day doorman. The building also possessed a spa and valet parking services.
