Building Notes

This 5,600-square-foot residence occupied a 7,657-square-foot site in 2020. According to the San Francisco County Assessor, the wood-frame house had 10 rooms and 5 bathrooms.

Elements of the house have been altered over time, most notably the parapet on the roof was removed, likely for seismic reasons.
