This apartment block stood on the southeast corner of Green and Fillmore Streets.


Frederick Herman Meyer, who had designed a number of apartment buildings in San Francisco since 1902, completed the commission for this restrained, four-floor, brick-faced apartment block in 1914. It attracted upper-middle-class inhabitants.
