Building History

According to King County Department of Assessments records, Randy Apsel and Olga D. Bourlin sold the property on 04/05/1993 to Benarsi and Santosh K. Parashar for $700,000. The Parashars sold the residence to Robert M, and Linda Adele Foley on 09/01/1998 for $860,000. The Neo-classical residence had escalated to a value of $1,842,000 by tax year 2021.
