This residential complex included a house, carriage house and other structures when it was renovated in 1988.

Building Notes

Marvin Bamburg Architects of San Jose, CA, converted the Buffington House to commercial office use in 1988 for owner the Pacific Diversified Company.

A 9,000-square-foot office expansion, designed in 1991-1992 and costing approximately $800,000, was added to the property c, 1995, designed by Bamburg.
