Overview

The Elan 41 Apartments occupied the southwest corner of the Jefferson Square development block, bounded by SW Edmunds Street on the south, 42nd Avenue SW (west), SW Alaska Street (north) and 41st Avenue NW (east). The 78-unit apartment building had three stories and rested atop a tall ground story retail space, occupied in 2020 by a Safeway Supermarket.

The apartment building underwent remodeling in 2015.
