A note appeared in the magazine Domestic Engineering, outlining the basics about the new Young Men's Hebrew Association Clubhouse in Seattle: "Plans are nearing completion in the offices of Architect Emil Guenther, Railway Exchange Building, Seattle, for the new home and club house of the Young Men's Hebrew Association. The structure as planned will be two stories high, of brick and concrete, 120x60 ft., equipped with swimming tank, and heated by a modern oil burner system."
