Building History

Seattle architect Edwin Houghton (1856-1927) designed a number of theatres and this highrise building in British Columbia. It was constructed for Rosa Leight-Spencer on a site on Granville Street near West Pender Street in Downtown Vancouver, BC.

Demolition

This building was torn down in the 1990s.
