Overview

This one-floor, concrete-block store building last housed a Cost Plus World Market c. 2015. It was to be replace by The Avenue, a mixed-use complex composed of two towers containing residences and a hotel, and a lower, upscale commercial development. Fortress Group, LLC, of Bellevue bought the property in 2016 for $31.5 million with the expecation of demolishing this building and another to the north at 905 Bellevue Way NE to erect this luxury development.
