The serial, Engineering and Contracting, stated in 1914: ""Pearson Construction Co., city, at $164,895, for complete building, and $114,997 for reduced building, was low bidder for construction of 8-story reinforced concrete cold storage fruit warehouse at Spokane and Whatcom Aves., estimated to cost complete $500,000."
