The West Oakland Tivoli was listed as one of seven amusement places operating in Oakland, CA, in 1884. John Schoenfelder managed the West Oakland Tivoli in 1884, located on the northwest corner of 7th and Wood Streets. (See Oakland, California, City Directory, 1884, p. 675.)
