Overview

The San Francisco architectural firm of David Baker and Partners designed these two lines of row housing lining the north side of 32nd Street between 1200 and 1230 and the west side of Magnolia Street between 3223 and 3325. These row houses were erected on the preriphery of the former grounds of the Clawson School #2, located at 3240 Peralta Street. The Clawson School property was closed in 1973 and the land sold in the mid-1990s to private developers.
