The Jensen-Koch Building stood on the northwest corner of 1st Avenue and Madison Street.

Overview

This short-lived, one-story, commercial building was begun just after the Seattle Fire of 06/06/1889 and stood only about 11 years before being razed.

Demolition

This small commercial building was razed to make way for the four-story Globe Navigation Company Building, erected in 1900-1901.
