Building History

A note in the Architect and Engineer of 04/1922 said of this office and retail building for John L. Richardson: “Architect C.M. Hutchison, 427 Security Building, Los Angeles, has completed plans for a 6-story and basement class A store and office building at southeast corner of Sixth and Lebanon streets, for Mr. John L.
