The Fay Building stood on the corner of 3rd and Hill Streets in Downtown Los Angeles.

Overview

The building was named for Frank P. Fay, the President of the Fay Fruit Company in Los Angeles. In 1912, the Fay Fruit Company operated in Room #414.

This seven-story office block was managed by H.O. Wheeler, Jr. , in 1912. (See Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1912, p. 549.)

In 1912, the architectural duo of Dennis and Farwell made their offices in Rooms #618-619 of the Fay Building.
