Building History
The San Francisco architect Milton Morrison designed two flats for clients George and Charlotte Christman, one for a location on West 21st Avenue and the other at 135 North Fulton Street. The cost was set at $10,000, and the contractor was John Little of San Francisco. (See "Flats," Building and Engineering News, 04/29/1922, p. 11.)
