Building History
A notice in the Building and Engineering News, 04/29/1922, noted that architect Houghton Sawyer had a contract with Louis Kahn to building two two-story and basement frame flats at NW Lake Street and 12th Avenue in San Francisco, CA. The building contractor was listed as Collman and Speidel of San Francisco. (See "Flats," Building and Engineering News, 04/29/1922, p. 11.)
