Building History

Scottish-American architect T. Paterson Ross (1872-19 produced the design for this four-floor commercial building for N. Vasilatos in San Francisco. The San Francisco Call printed a notice of its building contracts: "N. Vasilatos (owner) with D.A. Chesney and W.T. Dumford (contractors), architect T. Paterson Ross--All work except elevator and steam heating for a four-story and basement frame building on N line of Eddy street, 137:6 E of Hyde, E 32:6 by N 137:6; $19,130."
