Overview
The Hopkins Building leased office space in Pasadena's central business district in 1888. Architect Edwin W. Houghton, who would leave Southern California in 1889 for Seattle, leased space in Room #11 of the building in 1888. Capitalist Caspar T. Hopkins had his office in Room #8 of his office building. as did Wiiliam B. Hopkins, agent of the Anglo-Nevada Assurance Corporation.
