Overview

This small theatre, designed by noted architect John Parkinson, was to provide continuous vaudeville entertainment at the corner of 6th Street and Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles as part of the circuit shared by the Unique Theatre of San Francisco and Sid Grauman's venues in San Jose, Stockton and Sacramento, CA. Construction was to take 70 days, making its targeted opening date in late 1903.
