Overview

The Albion House Hotel was in operation at 147 K Street in Sacramento, CA, in 1875. This location was between 5th and 6th Streets. In 1875, Rachael Uhl managed the hotel; she was also a midwife at the time, who used the hotel as a maternity hospital. (See Sacramento, California, City Directory, 1875, p. 140.)
