Building History
Long-time Pasadena architect, Joseph James Blick (1867-1947) designed the Dodsworth Building at about the turn of the century.
From at least 1926 until 1930, the Columbia Outfitting Company leased first-floor retail store space in the Dodsworth Building. The United Cigar Stores Company had a store in the corner shop of the Dodsworth Building in 1926. The Chocolateria had its candy store in a first-floor space in 1926, as well.
Alteration
The Dodsworth Building had renovations in 1929 and 1985.
