Overview

In 2013, the Breakers Hotel #2 consisted of a number of buildings on a 24-acre, oceanfront property. Five acres of lawns surrounded the four main buildings containing 144 guest rooms. Each of the four bedroom buildings was free-standing and placed diagonally from one another. They all had stepped sides to enable each room to have a balcony with a view of the ocean. Other buildings within the complex included a cross-gabled main office with its porte-cochère, a gable-roofed meeting facility adjacent to an outdoor pool, and an octagonal gazebo/barbecuing area. The grounds contained a private beach, hot tubs, and volleyball and basketball courts.
