Overview

This diminutive Spanish Colonial office building stood at the heart of the Crocker Estate Company's Crocker-Amazon Tract, that developed in earnest after 1912. The first commercial buildings were built in this area in 1913, and by the mid-1920s, many new residential and commercial businesses had appeared in the tract.
