Building History

A.W. Latimer developed the Normandy Crest View residential tract beginning in 1952 in Normandy Park, WA. According to the Seattle Daily Times, the King County Planning Commission approved plans for the first addition to the housing development on 01/22/1952. It wrote: "Normandy Crest View, owned by A.W. Latimer, north side of Southwest 200th Street, between Marine View Drive and Fourth Avenue Southwest (authorized subject to slight modifications)."
