This Frye Building stood on the northwest corner of 6th Avenue and Pike Street.

Overview

George Frye commissioned the Seattle architectural firm of Bebb and Mendel to erect this approximately $250,000 building. The hotel would occupy the top six floors, while the first floor was to contain five storefronts on Pike Street. Frye built the hotel on a lot that once accommodated his family's residence.

Demolition

This building commissioned by George Frye was razed.
