Overview

George T., Casper E., Birdie, Katie, H.E., and A.S. Heussy all resided in the Heussy Building in 1892. At this time, George Heussy was in the drugs and medicines business with Frank J. Filz. Heussy and Filz maintained a store at 303 Commercial Street in 1892. H.E. and A.S. Heussy operated a fancy goods and notions store at 308 Pike Street in 1892, as well. Building Notes

In c. 1905, the Heussy Building accommodated the Star Paint and Wall Paper Company store and Lund's Lunch Nook on its first floor, and Albert W. Phillips's dental office on the second.
