In 1918, Smith, Robertson and Company, Certified Public Accountants, leased Rooms #314-316-318 of the Finch Building. This firm offered its services to lumber and fishing firms in both Seattle and Aberdeen, WA. (Its Seattle location was in Rooms #1121-1124 of the White Building.)
