Overview

The Salmon Bay Shingle Company had a factory on Salmon Bay in what was the independent town of Ballard, WA, in 1889. A.W. Hight, John Willard and Arthur Riggs owned this shingle manufacturing business at this time. (See R.L. Polk and Company's Seattle City Directory, 1889, p. 385.)
