In 2018, Susan Heath owned this grand, beautifully-maintained, Arts and Crafts dwelling.

Building Notes

The residence at 1923 Naomi Place occupied a 5,434-square-foot lot. The first floor contained a covered porch facing Naomi Place; within the first floor of the house, a living room stood on the north side with a dining room in the southeast corner and the kitchen on the southwest. A deck projected from the southwest corner.

Alteration

A parallelogram-shaped garage on the south end of the property was transformed in 2017-2018 into a two-floor, parallelogram-shaped additional dwelling unit (ADU).
