Overview
This was the first cafeteria begun by the Boos Brothers, a group of four siblings, raised in Ohio, who migrated to Los Angeles, CA, to farm in the San Fernando Valley. They began their restaurant in 1906. and its success spawned many other cafeterias around Downtown Los Angeles. At one time, the Brothers operated seven cafeterias, five in Los Angeles and two in San Francisco.
